Fields of application of our bronze bushings: excavators, mini excavators, earth moving machines, agricultural machines, drilling machines and various equipment.
Bronze and steel are commonly used in the manufacturing of bushings for earth moving machines and agricultural machinery.
We offer standard Bral bronze bushings (or Sae43,) bronze bushings with graphite inserts, bronze bushings with grease pockets, wrapped bronze bushings and bushings with holes.
We have all these bushings on stock for prompt delivery (with holes starting under ø16mm up to over ø200) but we can also produce custom pieces following the size/drawing/sample you have.
If you wish to complete the set with a complementary pin, R.B. offers you over 2,000 variations of this spare part.
BRAL BRONZE BUSHINGS
The standard bronze bushings we offer are made of BRAL bronze, which is quite resistant to wear, thus high-performance and long-lasting.
They come in different sizes and types: smooth, with internal or internal/external lubrication, with or without flanges.
BRONZE BUSHINGS WITH GRAPHITE INSERTS
Graphite inserts (which is a solid lubricant) can be added during the bronze casting. Thus, the resulting bushings don’t need lubrication for long time and can be used for heavy loads. They are resistant to wear and have a low friction coefficient.
BRONZE BUSHINGS WITH GREASE POCKETS
Bronze bushings with grease pockets are made of an alloy resistant to wear and suitable for heavy, oscillating and rotating loads, perfect for a low friction coefficient.
Our sliding bushings have a honeycomb structure with holes to keep the oil stored.
These bushings come in different sizes and with holes and flanged.
BRONZE BUSHINGS WITH HOLES
These bronze bearings have holes all over, which keep them oiled. They are resistant to wear and require low maintenance. The holes channel dirt and dust, thus the bushing’s function is kept high.
