Steel Hardened Bushings
Fields of application of our steel bushings: excavators, mini excavators, earth moving machines, agricultural machines, drilling machines and various equipment.
The hardened steel bushing is the standard bushing for earth moving machines. Thanks to a low friction coefficient, they are commonly used to protect housing from premature wear due to the friction with a pin.
Thanks to the use of a special steel with controlled chemistry yoke, our bushings guarantee a high performance (the standard for the case hardness depth- CHD- of the end product after the grinding is 0.8-1.0 mm and the hardness- HRC- is 58-62). Our bushings are high-performance and long-lasting as a result of the best choice of raw materials and heat treatments.
On stock we have more than 3,000 types of hardened steel bushings (size internal diameter ø20 up to over 250mm). Furthermore, we offer other types of steel bushings such as steel clamping bushings.

STEEL HARDENED SMOOTH BUSHINGS
They are the most basic pieces, smooth both on the inside and out.
STEEL HARDENED BUSHINGS WITH INTERNAL LUBRIFICATION
The internal structure of these bushing lets the oil flow continuously.
Amongst these bushings, you can find the ones with internal spiral groove and the ones with central or side groove.
STEEL HARDENED BUSHINGS WITH INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL LUBRIFICATION
Bushings which need an external lubrication (in addition to the internal one) can be equipped with an external groove and/or holes.
For a total lubrication, we offer bushings with external groove, holes and internal spiral groove.
STEEL HARDENED FLANGED BUSHINGS
These bushings come with a flange (or collar) and are mainly used in the joints of backhoes. We offer smooth bushings, with internal and/or external lubrication.
CLAMPING STEEL BUSHINGS
These tension bushings are made of tempered and quenched steel, they are usually smooth on the inside and out and have a straight vertical cut. Since these bushings are quite flexible and resistant, they can be used even in case of hard work and high surface tension.
